We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at the Lockland Branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy in every order by coordinating and calculating job specifications for our Cincinnati Market. If you are well-versed in residential and commercial roofing, windows, and siding, and have a knack for customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Sales Department, Pricing Administrator, Purchasing Department, Operations and Customer to plan, coordinate, and ensure accuracy on customer material orders.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledgebase of industry products, trends, and technology.
• Act as a direct customer resource for any building material inquiry.
• Translate customer needs/requests into accurate orders.
• Provide detailed quotes both commercial and residential for the sales team and customers.
• Keep detailed records of customer requests and job specifications.
• Work with the Sales Department and Pricing Administrator to ensure accurate and consistent pricing.
• Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Work with Sales and Management to determine priorities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing, windows, and siding.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative and dependability.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Professional demeanor.
